The balls are made of fire-retardant and recyclable material, a conscious choice that combines both safety and sustainability. The design blended seamlessly with the existing stage design and gave the towers a powerful visual finish. The balls are made to remain usable for years to come and can be changed in terms of print with an interchangeable cover if necessary.
Ease of use was at the forefront of development. The balls are of plug-and-play construction, where we included a sturdy aluminum ring as a base. This ring provides stability and made it possible to easily mount the balls on the existing Layher structure, using truss clamps. This allowed the festival's set-up crew to install the elements quickly and safely.
Although the balls may seem small compared to the overall stage design, they had a great visual effect. Their placement at height made them a stylish and striking accent to the impressive Mainstage. A great example of how thoughtful decor down to the smallest details contributes to the overall experience of a festival.
That we were allowed to contribute to the decor of Intents Festival for the second time is for us a beautiful confirmation of the cooperation and quality we deliver. We look back with pride on this project, a technical and creative challenge that suited our profession perfectly.
