Giant Illuminated Mushrooms for Wildeburg & Into The Woods (Kultlab)
Commissioned by Kultlab, Deco Dudes designed and realized imposing decorative mushrooms for their events Wildeburg and Into The Woods. These unique objects are a visual eye-catcher within the festival grounds and contribute to the characteristic atmosphere of both productions.
Design & Engineering
The mushrooms have a height of 5 and 8 meters and feature internal LED lighting, making them an eye-catching and atmospheric element both during the day and at night. The construction is designed in such a way that the mushrooms can safely stand without guy ropes; they are placed on a sturdy concrete block, ensuring stability under all conditions.
Full management by Deco Dudes
The mushrooms are owned by Kultlab, but managed entirely by Deco Dudes. We are responsible for:
- Storage outside event periods
- Maintenance and technical control to ensure quality and safety
- Transportation to and from event venues
- On-site installation by our experienced team
Thus, Kultlab is assured of worry-free use of these set pieces at any event, in perfect condition.
Sustainable and efficient
The solid construction and maintenance plan allow the mushrooms to be used for long periods of time, with minimal strain on the organization. This project illustrates how Deco Dudes takes on full management of large-scale decorative elements in addition to design and realization.
